Over the course of 10 years I became a Mom to four blessings to my life. Being a Mom brings challenges to prioritizing my health and wellness, but I have come to realize it is necessary for me to be the best version of myself, which is why I continually encourage the same for my patients.
My personal experience of pregnancy, labor, delivery, and most importantly the first year postpartum have had the largest impact on my career trajectory. I realized the lack of support, resources, and guidance for women in this stage of their life. These experiences propelled me to pursue advanced training and certification in Pelvic Floor Therapy.
In my “spare” time I enjoy making beautiful Photographs (Live in Joy Photography), exercise, and time with family. Through it all my extremely supportive husband of 16 years, whom I adore, 🥰 has been by my side.
