    A thorough exam and collaboration with your medical providers will guide my individual treatment plan. Gentle joint mobilization and massage will reduce tension in painful restricted muscles. Specific guided therapeutic exercise will facilitate normal movement patterns in the jaw and neck. I will teach you self management strategies to create lasting improvements.

As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and expert level PT, I can not cnly find the root cauae of pain, but help design a plan for improved strength, power, mobility, and agility. I will look beyond the area of concern to assess for other contributing factors. Learn to recognize your body’s warning signs of tissue failure.
