Nagging pain can leave you feeling physically or mentally impaired. Getting to the root cause of the injury is where I excel. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and expert level PT, I can not cnly find the root cauae of pain, but help design a plan for improved strength, power, mobility, and agility. I will look beyond the area of concern to assess for other contributing factors. Learn to recognize your body’s warning signs of tissue failure.
